Apparently 95% of our thinking its the same repetititve stuff. It's exactly like the songs that get stuck in our heads. But when it is something frightening, it's not as easy to get over.

I am neither paranoid, nor OCD, but if I am home alone and I find a door that's been unlocked I have to look under every bed and in every closet or else I can't fall asleep. Maybe something similar could help you. Convince yourself.

You know your meds, right, the size, the color, the markings on the pills. or color of the capsules? You know that different dosages of the same thing look different, right? Go look. Examine them, take them under a magnifying glass, assure yourself that this is the stuff you've been taking all along. Check them out against the drug identification database. For example:
