Hi for the past few months I keep hearing my family calling for me but there is nobody there,also I keep seeing spiders and as if a mouse has just ran along the floor along with the ground jumping up to my face?(Only way I can describe it)
What is this does anyone know or has experienced it?
I don't even know if I've posted in the right place.
Any advice please I'm quite scared ,take care
