Hi all thank you for the replies much appreciated. The thing is I'm on a mood stabiliser but its primarily for epilepsy not my mental health and I also take sertraline, may have another name in US.
I've been a manic depressive for years but its only now the mental health team know the extent of my episodes as I've tried to dismiss any changes in my ever changing mood,I always believed my children would be taken away from me if I told the truth.
So I've got the mood diary and these hallucinations to tell the PDoc about,I'm just so relieved that others understand what I'm experiencing.
At first they freaked me out but now I'm used to it and I'm not afraid of spiders anyhow.
Thank you all again
Take care
