First, I can think of several ways to look for them. Which ones have you tried so far?

Normally, after you click "Submit" you get taken back to the thread with your post showing. What happens for you? I wouldn't think you'd be likely to get an old (cached) copy of the page from before you posted unless your browser was very confused. For one thing, the URL for the latest page would mention your post by number (and no such post number would have existed earlier) so there couldn't very well be anything in the cache with that same URL.
Specific example: after I posted this I got taken to the page http://forums.psychcentral.com/showt...42#post2007442
The "2007442" is the number of this particular post. Before I posted this reply, the latest version of this page was http://forums.psychcentral.com/showt...45#post2007245
The "2007245" was the number of Lostime's post, the last one before mine.
If you do get what looks like an old page, two questions:
  1. What time does it say at the bottom of the page and how does that compare with your current time?
  2. What happens when you click the "Reload" (or "Refresh") button on your browser?
You can also get a list of your recent posts by clicking on Find More Posts by impoftsn, either right here or in the pulldown menu at the left of one of your other posts or under the Statistics tab on your profile. Are your missing posts shown there or not? That URL doesn't change each time so in principle, it would be a little easier for your browser to give you an old (cached) copy of the page. If you suspect that might be happening, try tests 1. and 2. above.
