I love music too. I play my flute, and just the deep breathing helps.Then I jump on my bike with my Ipod, and I ride 30 km (about 20 miles) as fast as I can. When I get home, I just feel so much better and calmer. I highly recommend exercise to music. It is so therapeutic.
