Ive often asked myself how come I can always feel negative emotions like sadness, crying, lonely, irritable etc so intense like but positive ones like happiness calmness and chearfullness is always so dull like. something that is fun and positive i can say it is but not really feel anything from it example i could say that camping trip was awsome but not feel and excitment about it at all but i could say that was a tragidy about so and so having cancer and be in tears about it. how do you start comming to a balence with it and be able to feel good emotions and not just say it.
