falling star, just take each day at a time. try not to project. depression distorts our outlook too. be kinder to yourself as you would a friend who's hurting. we're here for you so you're not alone. so glad you took the courage to post. we all need one another. in the time period during appts. with T. keep a journal of how you feel. i did it almost every day. also printing out your original thread here and giving it to T to read may offer him insight about how badly you feel. T's can only guide us when we reveal what's bothering us. that can be difficult but it works. the journal will help you with that too. underline the words that describe how you feel first...like depressed, feeling hopeless, lonely ,for examples.
