Wow that is a frightening and powerful story - there are similar stories from people all over the world., some call it a religious experience, paranormal, alien etc. Im not a follower of any of these and dont know about them really, I was interested in aliens but I got too scared. Im reading about DD on here and this is a fab site, people helpful and lots of stuff on how to improve. I think its amazing, as people are busy these days and easier to talk about mental health problems. Anyhoo found this technique called the tapping technique and it supposed to help with trance and trauma - dont know if it works though.
