I've been working real hard at not being a symptomatic bulimic and have only slipped a few times since May (a record for me!). My biggest problem is that when I eat a "normal sized" meal, I get real full real fast and then I feel sick to my stomach for hours, so much so that I desperately want to purge to make myself feel better.
Do ya think it's my stomach relearning how to process food I'm now keeping in, or do ya think it's my brain tricking me into giving in by making me *think* I've got to purge.
Any thing you can recommend to make this go away? Or at least tell me that it does go away.
