This is a hard situation... Any long- term solution will need to target the depression, so you'll need to discuss this with your pdoc. You may need a change in your meds, or a different approach in therapy, because your current treatment is not adequate.

For now, you'll need to do everything possible to stay awake. Avoid rooms with beds or couches, and do not, under any circumstances, allow yourself to lie on them before bedtime. You'll fall asleep.

If you can summon the strength, leave your house. Go on a walk. Go to the store. Do something that forces you to move about. This will be very hard and painful, but it will keep you awake.

I wish you luck as you grapple with this. You are a strong person; depression takes a lot of energy to deal with, but you'll get through this.
