My T taught me to do some sensorimotor stuff to break the anxiety. It really works. My panic is nearly gone. If I can explain it here so you can understand-here goes. She said to stand on one leg and balance. Feel your body align itself all the way down to your foot. While you are trying to balance the panic is interrupted and goes away. Just go to the bathroom, balance, deep breathe, and use your five senses to ground yourself. It stops me from puking every time. My pdoc told me to see this T in her office.
