Just make sure to check your statement! When I had an issue with my account I discovered that every time I called the 800 they charged me a fee! Not a small fee either, like $5 a call. There was nothing about that in my paperwork at all. I ended up getting it all removed by my local bank, but adding that further insult to injury put me over the top! I immediately closed my account.
