I noticed on your profile you have OCD - are you in treatment for this? You should tell your doctor since this sounds related to OCD. Is this something new? Maybe you could allow yourself one day to maintain your eyebrows and don't touch them in between. I find many women over pluck their brows - the problem with that is, they eventually thin out and don't grow back. I prefer a more natural brow with taking only the obvious hairs out. I don't know if doing a hobby that keeps your hands busy would help.
