AT 6:50 A.M. woke up, heart pounding, sweating, trembling. had had another bizarre dream due to the bleeping remeron. am tapering but i guess even a tiny bit of it triggers my dream mechanism. have to go to work and i wonder how that is going to go.

i took a xanax and laid back down til 8, but i'm still shaky and having weird thoughts.

have 10 page test to finish tomorrow on conversions. cubic centimeters, millimeters, milligrams, drops, etc. so, for the first time ever i bought a calculator to check my figures. i figured that i might need it and guess what? i damned sure will. i can't concentrate when i'm shaky.......pray hard that this thing doesn't last 24 hours.
