Just wanted to post a follow-up to my experience with these drugs over the past several months. I was taking Xanax XR .05 to off-set sum of the jitteriness of the Focalin and Straterra. I was experiencing crashing (common with ADHD drugs) and extreme intermittent fatigue. Turns out though process of elimination that it was the Straterra that was the culprit. We cut it out and I take the Xanax occasionally but not as part of my daily routine. I'm doing great now. The Focalin has really changed my quality of life.

I'm on Lamical 200mg, Lexapro 10mg, Focalin XR 40mg, with two short term 10mg during the day as needed. I take Xanax XR in the evening as needed also. I was originally apprehensive about taking so many meds having always been on just two (Depakoate and Welbutrin). But this new "cocktail" has been amazing for me.
