Soooo know what you are talking about. One of my biggest fears is that I (whoever that one is) will be lost in this whole process. You're not alone and my T reassures me that "I" won't disappear because they are all me. Kind of confusing but I just say "mmhh" and he knows that I hear him, but don't understand. And he just says, "It's okay. It is what it is."
