Well, sometimes there might be a bit of overdiagnosing going on or at least there are names for certain difficulties I'm not always sure whether I would call them conditions so I know where you're coming from (I live in the UK, too, and come from mainland Europe originally).

However, I don't really mind that too much. What really counts for me is that people have a platform where they can share experiences and that there is a lot of support and caring. I would by the nature of it meet fewer people on an exclusive UK platform and even though it'd be easier to swap experiences about the health service and give each other advice on that, I otherwise really don't care whether someone lives in Texas, Turkey, Australia or Botswana or wherever else.
