Why dont you make a social group for people from the UK, i'm from the UK and find i do notice differences in the attitude and way of thinking of those in the US, but that doesnt really matter because we all support each other as humans.
But i would still like to talk to people from the UK a little more as they kind of understand the stuff a little closer to home, like the NHS system, weather and etc.
