I feel better than I have in a long time - - but VERY restless. I think its the Abilify. I feel like crawling out of my skin... And I don't know how long it'll be before I can see a psychiatrist about it I feel like running... but I know I won't appreciate it if I actually do. I don't run... my lungs don't like it. Blah. So tempted to try halving the pills like when I started on it, but know better than to do something on my own.
