Sounds like what you might be experiencing is akathisia. It's a side effect from Abilify and similar medications. There are ways to help with this problem. The doc could prescribe counteracting medications, such as Cogentin or Artane, lower the dose of the Abilify, or switch you to another medication that may not cause this side effect.
