Solitude welcome to psych central. I am sorry you are feeling so bad. It seems you have a lot on your plate between your med changes and the change in therapists. If it will help post here. This is a very supportive community and hopefully it will help you get through this interim between therapists. Take care of yourself. I am sorry that you feel you must cut right now.
