I agree 110% with kaliope. I've thought about the same things, but I've even had obsessive thoughts of harming people I LOVE & would NEVER want to see harmed because I have a history of issues with intrusive thoughts. If you can't hold yourself back from committing some sort of violence, either to take out your urges or to hold them back... Well, even if you're not harming anyone & aren't going to, you should talk to your pdoc about what's going on. The thoughts are distressing you & you don't deserve that extra stress on your shoulders.
