I was thinking of you, DePressMe, because I saw you mention Flo on another thread. Flo seems quite visual for you, if I understand correctly.
So far my watchers are not visible - I am only aware of their presence. Most frequently they don't passively watch me (or listen to my thoughts), but instead they interact with me by passing me complex thoughts that I am afraid of because I can't be sure I can trust them not to lead me to harm.
I'm glad you have a friendly watcher you don't feel threatened by.
