Wake up. Ugh. Lay in bed in dread and despair for 1-4 hours. Turn on the coffee (with any luck put together the night before...), then take some, go outside and have a smoke. Lately have tended to bring a book out with me (most recently Monk books), which is good.
After that it's a crapshoot, but usually computer.
