We called my pdoc yesterday but he wasn't there so he'd call back today, but so far havent' heard from him.

Until then, does anyone have any suggestions of how to deal with restless legs when you're stuck in a classroom with a teacher talking to the whole class?

And also, for those who have taken Abilify (I've seen some say this has happened to them too), did this last the entire time you had the high dosage or did it go away eventually?

Thanks!

Hi I used to suffer with this for years until someone in my fibromyalgia group showed me a scientific article of the benefits of drinking red bush tea.
I started drinking it around 4 years ago now and very rarely does it come back.
Its purchased in any store in a regular tea bag and its caffeine free.
Particularly beneficial on a night time.
Maybe it will help you? Its worth a try at such little cost
Take care
