had to go to e.r. last night.
super fast switching and having mixed episodes..Broke down when hunny was leaving brcause we didnt want to be alone. GOt so bad we even tried to block the door, and we clawed our cuts from last week to make the pain stop but it didnt work and we had to go to er to talk to the lady. She says that we get to see an actual psychiatrist again sometime next week. Hunny was good to us though held our hand the whole time.

Things are rough. I am home snuggling in bed and I just want to stay here today. I feel motionally drained and just, this is too much.
