I wish i could be there to give you a real one. i know depression hurts and it sucks to be alone in it. I am sorry you are hurting so much. You know there are lots of us out here who know exactly what you are going thru and if we could do anything to take away your pain we would.

so wrap your arms around yourself real tight and squeeze for as long as you can and imagine it is me there holding you for as long as you need it.
