trying to get son to do what he is told for the best is becoming hard work battling his adhd while i have been depresssed , sometimes i feel like just letting him get away with what he wants but i know in the long run it will be even hrder work , its the time of night just trying to get him to go to bed with out the arguments or him trying to give me the guilt trip 30 mins later we are still battling if he doesnt go to bed and go to sl;eep in the morning when its time to get up he will be to tierd to get up without more arguments, i try to stick to a routine , hubby being depresssed as well tends to let the children get away with some things even if its anoying him as he feels he let them down last year but this leaves me sounding like a ogre even though they need routines , some things we dont see the same as his depression is still in the bad stages and mine is in the inbetween stage
