I went up to Twin Towers back in 1990 and I find it really hard watching the 9/11 stuff - my stuff feels minor compared to people who were there living it and in many ways I feel I have no right to feel the way I do.

In the Uk there have been a lot of programmes on TV about 9/11 - I have cried watching these stories. However I have also been struck by the fact that although it was such an evil event, that there were also great miracles happening that day. I am not a religious person, but it seems that amongst that evil and hatred, there was also remarkable purity and people with angel like qualities who held each others hands.

I too now have such a fear of flying I have promised to visit my brother in California but don't know how I would ever get on a plane.
