I fear I am losing my self amongst new conditions I have acquired over the past 3 months. All the things I used to love, seem to cause triggers for me.
I am just wondering if there is anyone out here who has gotten their life back and what can help in the mean time (until I am able to get into some real therapy)?
So you know, I'm not taking medications and I would like to keep it that way if at all possible.
I'd appreciate any positive and simple (maybe even easy) help as well... just to get the ball rolling.
