I really don't like labels, but sometimes they are necessary.
PTSD can encompass much of what you are experiencing. (anxiety, depression, eating disorder, "personality" issues, OCD...) That's the nature of the beast for some.
Not sure why the MMPI was such a big deal; it's a great tool.
IDK about the DBT... how long have you been trying that? It's best if you do that group plus have individual therapy with the same group leader/doctor... I always wonder if DBT isn't such a "fad" that many doctors jump into it for a "cure all."
