I really want to say two things. One, it is wonderful and you can be proud of the courage you are showing in facing yoru triggers and admitting to your feelings. In my experience, that was half the battle -- admitting to it all and being aware of it. The other thing is I wanted to offer you hope. You can get past the bad stuff and with work and support you will be triggered by fewer things and you will come to cope better with triggers that take more effort to overcome. You are worth it and you deserve to heal. I know personally how vulnerable it can feel, but if you stay with your recovery process, it will get better.
