I'm with you. I'm trying very hard to quit. I can make it about 2-3 days then backslide. I have given up drinking and drugs but smoking is by far the hardest I've ever tried. Is anyone else in your life trying to quit right now? Maybe the buddy system would work. I truly wish you the best of luck. Stay strong and have faith you can do it.
