Lynn.. they are stainless steel.. The mention of teflon being scratch was just an example when someone scatches the heck out of the teflon by using metal utensils.

Honestly, half of me can't stand having folks in the kitchen. Other half doesn't mind if whoever uses the kitchen cleans the dishes/pots n pans after cooking..

The renter that pees off the deck, lol, is moving out the end of this month and we have another guy moving in.. The peeing guy doesn't cook because he never buys food to cook.. The new guy cooks cuz his eyes lit up when he saw the kitchen lol.. Hope that goes well.....Time will tell..

I don't want folks messing up my new pots n pans....... lol Thinks the solution is to just get some cheap pots n pans and they can cook up a storm. Won't matter if they burn up the cheap pans...... I just want mine to stay nice , what can I say.

It isn't "deliberate" that folks burn pans.. I've been known to burn a few. Just guess if one is to burn up the new pans, I want to be the first... And when I am using someone's elses pans I make sure I don't burn them.. Not that my pans are burned, yet.. Just the old pan the "sister" used is burned black inside. And if that happened to have been one of my new pans, I would have hit the roof......... lol
