Have you ever heard that safety talk they give you on an airplane, where if the cabin pressure fails and the oxygen masks drop down, you're supposed to put your mask on first before trying to help anyone else with theirs?
I think you'll be in the best position to support anyone else here if you start by taking the best care you can, of you.
