Has anyone gone to one?
I think it was a pretty productive app. I feel a little overwhelmed tho.
Oh, I also mentioned pc to her and how good it here, she asked for the name of this site to refer it to other clients ...

I'm so glad to hear it went well, Anika! I'm guessing that part of why you were apprehensive about going was worrying about talking about the psychosis...yes? But you DID! Yea for you! (and cue the Twilight Zone music -- at my appt today, the psych did the same thing with complimenting on dealing with something so well. I was very uncomfortable too...

I've been to NAMI BP/Depression support group meetings. Experience can vary a lot just like any group dynamic, but, at least the group I've attended has been pretty good. I tend to go in spells. Either often, or spans of not going. Depends. Worth giving it a go. It may take a few tries to actually get through the door, but that happens for so many people, don't worry about it -- it's quite normal!
The site -- I've thought of the same thing, lol! Then I think, ok, seriously... Sure she'd rather do something else with her spare time!
