Hi all I hope your all doing ok today.
If anyone's every read my posts you will know I've suffered depression for around 20yrs now and am awaiting a possible bipolar diagnosis pending psych looking over mood diary and ever changing cycles.
The problem I've been having is seeing and hearing things that aren't there,initially this was only happening when I was at my lowest or really anxious but now its constant. I'm not afraid as the things I hear and see are nothing to worry about,I'm just curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar things? I've also posted this in bipolar thread to gather as many replies as I can.
