I am diagnosed with Bipolar 1 Disorder, and have experienced hallucinations (both visual and auditory) during my manic episodes. I also experienced delusions and paranoia. I never had hallucinations during a depressive episode, but it is different for everyone.

My hallucinations would be hearing short sentences or noises, nothing elaborate. For my visual hallucinations, I usually saw shadowy figures running or floating on the wall.

Once I came down from my mania, the hallucinations disappeared. I hope that your hallucinations go away soon!
