kindachaotic, thank you, good advice, I will try to keep the "I can do this in my head. It's very nerve wracking for me, I am very shy in real life, and have not had to be social for a few years. I can do this, and you can do that too

Thanks nikki, I am not sure who runs this group, I know it is in a Canadian Mental health building where I used to volunteer, so at least the terrain is familiar to me. I am a bit nervous that it won't be run very structured, I don't really know what to expect... But you don't know till you try right. Trying to convince myself of that haha.
