The coroner here is investigating a case of a woman whose treatment of a post-natal complication was delayed because she didn't have health insurance. (They were going to transfer her to a private hospital for surgery but then had to change the paperwork and send her to a public hospital).
She died. To me, that's just unacceptable.
imo health care is a right, not a privilege.
