 Be angry only so long as you can put it to work on finding a solution. Otherwise, get rid of it, it only injures.
Please know that the vast majority of professionals in the fields of psychiatry and psychology do know about the issues of incompetency within the system. I daresay it's why so many of the psychiatrist's are leaving the system (thus your inability to get an appointment.)
We can only hope that within 14 months things will change for the better. 
Have you tried ONLINE therapy, and a regular MD for scripting?
