Sometimes I have mixed episodes with depressions thrown in. Sometimes I have a cycle that lasts a week. Sometimes I cycle in 4 days, Sometimes I cycle a couple times a day. I have had cycles within cycles. I have had long depressions. I have had long mixed episodes. I have had long hypomanias. I have had short hypomanias.

I am all over the place but I am getting it under control.
