Thank you for your support, Byz.

Today went very well, actually. Independent Learning Courses are much different than normal high school courses. There were hardly any kids in my two classes (less than 5 in each), and no due dates. We work at our own pace...we can come in when we want and leave when we want. What happened was I received the 1st of 4 booklets in each class, with the first 5 lessons. When I'm finished with the 1st booklet, I get the 2nd, and so on.

They even have a lunch room with two refrigerators with food & drinks that the students can help themselves to. We don't even have to come to school every day, if I wanted to I could just come in once a week! But I will be trying my hardest to go every day.

This independent setting with the "go at your own pace" attitude is awesome for me. It's actually making me work harder, because there's no pressure to paralyze me. The only thing I don't like about this is having to leave my house for hours at a time, and coming home to see that my puppy chewed up various objects. But, my education is more important than possessions!
