This is over the years and some was meds not working, some was me missing meds, some was me not taking meds (but for 3 or so days). The times I've hated my meds- all antipsychotics- I've called my pdoc. I'm on lithium now and it agrees with me. Oh and some of it was before I was diagnosed or just on anti-depressants. And before I was diagnosed and just on zoloft about 2000, I saw orange rectangles in the sky. I didn't think to tell my pdoc (still hadn't diagnosed me as bp) until a few years later when she got concerned and asked when it was and if it had returned. BBy that point that was an isolated event. (I'd heard voices as a teenager though at bedtime.)
