but I think it's common/normal to be denied the first time or two... whether it's part of the system to delay outlay of benefits, or if it's a built in delay because they are so far behind in claims (for eons!)...

Apply again. On your "preexisting" conditions, was your work aware of these? Did you take any intake surveys for the job, such as the MMPI? If so, and they felt you were fit for duty/able to do the job..and they hired you, then the job caused the flare/abreaction to those conditions when otherwise you could have done the jobs.

Glad your doctor is staying on it. Insurance companies need to be taken down a peg IMO and not be allowed to play doctor (I mean, where did they do their internship???)

The good thing is that benefits should be retroactive to when you first filed...tough now, but sweet then.
