As I'm looking at it, you need more protein and whole grains.

There isn't any nutrition in all of the white rice, chips, cookies and candy that you're eating. The carbs you're eating don't fill you up, or keep you feeling full, so you want more soon after.

Perhaps I should change the title of this thread to HEALTHY weight loss.
