Interesting you mention anxiety, when my doc and I tried going up just 25mg more, I developed anxiety and slight edginess. I guess 200mgs for me is my target therapeutic dosage. I have been given Ativan, "when needed" and/or Klonopin, "when needed". Fortunately I haven't had to use those for awhile.
I truly wish you luck with this. Another thing I like about the Lamictal vs Depakote, it doesn't cause weight gain.
