You're right about the chips and cookies. I really should stop eating so many of those. The white rice, I can't stop eating because it's a staple food. My family eats it everyday as our main food. Chinese people have been eating it for thousands of years, I think it should be okay to eat.
So far no one in my family has gotten fat from eating rice. I don't consider myself fat either. I think I mostly need to get in shape. I'm going to try to do that by riding my stationary bike everyday.
I just had a bad day yesterday, but the days before I ate pretty healthy. I'm eating healthy today too.
