Nightime attacks are the worst imo. Man, it's always just when your on the brink of sleep too.
How about Relaxing CD's? Bubble bath before bed?Just a few tricks of the trade that can "help" ease the anxiety a little.
Panic attacks are the worst. I hate them. I'm sorry your going through this right now.
