Sleep? What is that? I rarely get any sleep anymore!
Last night I decided maybe being online up until the time I go to bed may be the reason why I can't go to bed earlier than 3 am. Well, I got off around 8pm. Took my shower. (Had planned on going to partial today.) Well, I got really super tired around 11 pm. Went to bed...and laid there for like EVER! When I finally did fall asleep...I was up half an hour later! Couldn't get back to bed until 3 am...again!
The alarm goes off at 7:30 am. I'm way to tired to even move, have an awful migraine, not feeling good, etc. So I didn't go today. It sucks. I'll end up calling a doc for some sleep meds, I guess...something that really works...I don't want another psych med...just something that will get me to sleep fast and keep me asleep for at least 8 hours! I was thinking about trying Lunesta. Non-narcotic sleep aid...sounds good to me.
Yesterday I thought I had slept a ton! The first day of my menstrual. Anyways, I figured out the hours I had slept...thinking it would've been (in total from the night before and during the day) well over 12 hours...nope it was only 9 hours total...so I really didn't sleep too much at all. That actually sucks. So I'm not catching up on my sleep like I thought I had been!
